Food Safe Level 1

This course covers the following in an 8 hour class:

  • Proper procedures for receiving and storing food

  • Safe methods for preparing and serving food

  • Effective cleaning and sanitizing techniques

  • Workplace safety practices to prevent accidents and injuries
